Coworking and Travel

co-work·ing ( definition)

noun :  the use of an office or other working environment by people who are self-employed or working for different employers, typically so as to share equipment, ideas, and knowledge.

I was introduced to coworking this year when I attended the Digital Nomad Summit in Chiang Mai in February. There was a session by Mike LaRosa, author at Coworkaholic. I was new to the location independent (or digital nomad) lifestyle. Yet, after just a month of working remotely, I was getting tired of looking for a quiet cafe with reliable WIFI. So when Mike’s talk was over, I visited my first coworking space. And I’ve become a big proponent of coworking spaces.

This page is dedicated to my coworking journey as I continue to carve out my ocation independent life. On this page you’ll find information and reviews of some of the coworking spaces I’ve visited during my travels including tips, stories, and inspiration for anyone making the leap to working remotely.
